During the first decade in the 21st century, the world had been through all kinds of challenges as well as crisis, and in the beginning of the second decade we’ve experienced more extraordinary changes: the development of globalization is speeding up, the instability of market is growing. As a result, in the varying condition of political, economic and natural environment, the growth and development of many corporations are faced with numerous challenges and revolutionary transformation including the unexpected needs of market, the frequent occurrence of inside crisis, employees’ lack of adaptive ability, urgent need of improving organizations’ atmosphere and stimulating individuals’ enthusiasm, and so on. How to ensure employees’ safety and health, how to unleash the functions of “humanism” and how to realise the sustainable development of enterprise are the questions to every corporate leaders or human resource managers who has been seeking for answers.
Just like people are the soul and cells of a city, employees as “enterprisee”, would endow an organization with culture, characteristics and creativity, they are also the mind, the power which push the organization to move forward. EAP aim to develop human’s creativity, and establish a “beautiful future ” for both employees and organization. In the city of 2010 Expo, with the rhythm of “better city, better life”, after 5 successfully organized forum, the 2010 China International Forum of EAP would be opened on August 13rd, by the time EAP experts from all over the world, international EAP leaders, psychological experts, management elites would all gather in Shanghai, share their ideas on “how EAP could help organization to achieve sustainable development”, focus on promoting the psychological service for corporations in China, and hold “360 degree” discussions on the approaches and examples about how EAP can assist organizations to realize sustainable development in the environment of crisis and revolution.

Dr. John Maynard, CEO of the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association
Dr. Maynard is recognized as one of the world’s leading consultants and thought leaders in the employee assistance profession. In the 1970s,
he founded and built one of the first successful EA companies in the United States. In 1997-1998, he co-led the process of writing the current
EAPA Standards and Professional Guidelines for EAPs in the U.S.
Dr. John Simon, Asia Pacific Regional Medical Director, DuPont.
He is Chairman of the Scientific Committee on Vector Borne Diseases, Centre for Health Protection, Department of Health, Hong Kong and
serves on the Board of Scientific Advisors to the Secretary for Health, Hong Kong Government He has been in private practice in Hong
Kong since 1986 and has been Asia/Pacific Regional Medical Director for DuPont since 1988.
Dr. Tong Chen Consulting Occupational Physician, IBM GCG & ASEAN
Worked in Shanghai First People's hospital after graduation from Shanghai Medical University (now Fu Dan University, School of Medicine),
went to Finland in 1995 and received Doctor Degree in Medical Science in 2002. In 2002-2006, worked in Helsinki University Central Hospital.
2006 joined IBM as a consulting occupational physician, and currently is the leader of IBM Integrated Health Services for Great China Group
and ASEAN.
Ms Yu Zhen Senior Manager for HR service and employee relationship of Lenovo (China) Human Resources Operation Center
She has 12 years’ HR working experiences. She had conducted the construction and promotion of the core value and company culture
system of Lenovo, design and practice of HR Process of Lenovo, Labor relations management, Staff Caring and EAP, etc., and she has rich
experience in employee relationship and EAP running.
Mr. Matthew Mollenhauer VP of Operation, Chestnut Global Partners
HE is a licensed clinical professional counselor in the U.S. He has worked in the field of mental health service and EAP for over 16 years.
Matt has provided over 500 workshops for companies and employees and conducted workplace crisis intervention for many of the top 100 of
the fortune 500 companies. He has hold workshops of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for over 500 counslers to promote their skills in EAP
counseling in China.
Mr. Jun Zhang, Director of International Business, Petro China.
He has nearly 20 years’ practical management experiences and joined numerous events to rescue the kidnapped employees of overseas
project. He advocated and introduced psychological health services to China National Petroleum Corporation International Division.
Meanwhile, he conducts the research of combining EAP and HSE.

A clinical psychologist with a PhD and an attorney with expertise in business and finance, is the managing director of Harris Rothenberg
International. The Manhattan-based Harris Rothenberg International (HRI) provides employee assistance programs for thousands of firms
around the world, including Fortune 500 and financial services companies.
Jo Renée Fine, Ph.D., Director of Training and Content Development, Harris Rothenberg International
Jo Renée Fine, Ph.D., is a trainer and educator with more than 30 years of program development and management experience in both the
private and nonprofit sectors. At Harris Rothenberg International (HRI), she manages the training department and supervises content
development for the HRI website and online and print communications.
Mr. Kelvyn Young, Asia Pacific Medical Insurance Director, Swiss Re
Kelvyn is currently responsible for Swiss Re's medical insurance business in Asia. He has over 15 years experience in medical insurance in
both European and Asian markets. Prior to Swiss Re he was team leader at AXA PPP responsible for pricing their group medical as well as
their individual international businesses. He also headed up the product and pricing function of the medical business at GEIS. Prior to this he
worked for Mercers advising clients on product, employee benefits and also pricing for their group medical insurance portfolios. At Swiss Re,
Kelvyn was responsible for overseeing the set up of medical business across Asia.
