In the internal model EAP, employee is the employee in the organization, so the employer company may choose the professional who are psychologists or social works to work inside the company on behalf of EAP or the company may chooses to contract external EAP provider. In China, you have already had several EAP providers offing services in your country.

The company may choose to have one internal EAP manager to supervise the activity of external EAP provider, or the EAP provider who is external may choose the external EAP manager to work inside of on-site the company. So there are many creative way to blend pervasion of internal and external EAP services to meet the needs of exact requirement of each company.
If the business fails to address individual stress and problems, very negative employer and employer relation can result. So it is important that employer must do something. It is not advice to ignore the human issue in workplace. Organization will see the benefit when the employee is supported, they will become successful in their mission.
