  Goals of this forum
         To deepen the understanding toward enterprise psychological services among Chinese managers, decision-makers, employees in HR department and the professions, to enhance the capability of  
  adopting psychological intervene, to optimize the HR management, to boost the harmonious relation between employees and employers, to lay a solid grounding for effective operation and positive corporate culture , and to explore a way, suitable for Chinese enterprise psychological services, and talent-training.  
 
  Theme of this forum  
         To introduce the status quo of trend of enterprise  
psychological services, to share valuable experience of top 500 in
  enterprise psychologicalservices, to cast light on the significance of EAP to building up modern corporate culture, to discuss the potential of EAP in boosting the harmonious relation between employees and employers, to explore a new pattern for enterprise psychological services localization in China.
