Chinese government sets its sight on building up a harmonious society, in which harmonious employer and employee relation is an important factor. Enterprises, organization and employees as well are confronting the challenges in survival, development and psychological quality. Enterprise development and employee interest is a unity of oppositeness. When new labor legislation is about to promulgate and implement, improvement of employee and employer relation become an important topic for HR and management, and focus of attention of society and government. The theme of forum “ EAP improve employer/employee relation”, I hope the theme can help enterprises and society as well to understand what kind of role EAP plays in development of corporate culture and employee relation, and pay contribution to harmonious development of employee, enterprise and society. EAP has been listed as one of key projects of national foreign expert bureau. We expect the forum held each year can provide a platform for experts both from china and abroad and participants to exchange and share information and experience, by so doing, to promote establishment of china enterprise mental health system, promotion and implementation of EAP. |
